Happy New Year Everyone,

 

     Wow 2006, where does the time go? We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Holiday Season and with that behind us…let the riding begin!

 

     Our Trail Crew, like many others we hear of, have done the best they can in dealing with the unusually high water situation this season. There are some areas in our system that just cannot be reached until things freeze. Please keep this in mind on the first ride or two this year. You made find areas that have not been brushed yet, or you may encounter volunteers trying to make up for lost time, working on the trails now that riding has begun. If that is the case, please give these folks a break as they try to make your ride more enjoyable or better yet, stop and give them a hand!

 

     Our clubhouse opened for the season on January 7^th. We are open Friday evenings and Saturday & Sunday afternoons. If you are riding in our area, please stop in and say “hi”, have a cup of coffee or warm up by our fireplace. You can find us on the Levenseller Road in Holden. The ITS Connector #107 runs right by the clubhouse, you can’t miss us!

 

     The Eastern Maine Snowmobiles meet the 3^rd Sunday of the month at 7pm at our clubhouse, 263 Levenseller Road, Holden. You may contact us at P. O. Box 226 Brewer, Maine 04412, 989-2788 or on the web at the address listed above.

 

    January 8^th thru 14^th is Snowmobile Safety week. Please think safety then an always and enjoy the ride!
