Hello and Welcome Spring!   

 

Our Annual meeting is scheduled on Sunday, April 18th at 7:00 p.m.   Elections of new Officers and Directors, recognizing the Outstanding Member for 2009/2010, and the last 300 Club drawing of the seas= on will occur this evening.   The Board of Directors meet at 5:00.

Larry & Eileen Lafland are serving a spaghetti dinner with all the f= ixings for $5.00 a plate, which will be served at 6:00.    To ensure that enough food is purchased please RSVP to Larry/Eileen at 843-7813 or llafland@midmaine.com.  Please plan to attend the April club meal and meeting to SUPPORT YOUR CLUB.  

 

Brent Spaulding has sev= eral 300 Club tickets available which can be purchased the night of the meeting. This means you could purchase a ticket for $5.00 and win $500, $200, $100 or one of the four $50 drawings!

The EMSC Yard Sale is b= eing held on Saturday, May 29th at 1192 Main Road in Eddington.  As you do your spring cleaning, please think about donating items (in good condition) towards the yard sale.   If you don’t have items= to donate, we would welcome any baked goods for the bake sale.   Ple= ase contact me at 843-0749 or catrider550@roadrunner.com or Lisa Gargan, 843-5811 or ladysham588@aol.com= if you have any questions or need more information.   If you don’t have any way of transporting your donations, please contact us and we’= ;ll arrange to pick up.  Please NO computers or TV’s.

 

Our rental season begins April 1st through December 31st.  Hall rentals a= re our main source of income to pay the club’s monthly bills (electricit= y, telephone, gas, oil, etc.)   So if you know of someone planning an event this year, or next year, please direct them my way (843-0749/catrider550@roadrunne= r.com .   Weekend rates are $300.00 for non-members and $150.00 for members.  The hall is also available during the week, Monday-Thursday, $150.00 for non-members and $75.00 for members.
