Hello all,

Our next general membership meeting is Sunday, February 21<= sup>st. The evening begins with a Pot Luck at 6:00 with the meeting following at 7:00. The Board of Directors meet at 5:00.

Keep in mind that the club house is open Friday nights for din= ner, snow or no snow. Steve Garrison will be serving chili, cornbrea= d, and dessert along with items off the menu this Friday night, February 12th. Danielle and Jason Littlefield are signed up for February 26 however the re= st of February and March is blank. If you’re able to cook on= the following dates please contact me at catrider550@roadrunner.com or 843-0749:

February 19, March 5, M= arch 12, and March 19^th (the last supper).

It’s difficult to think of snowmobiling when we don̵= 7;t have the snow. However Friday nights is a great time to socialize, to= get a card game or cribbage tournament going. If you have any ideas on ho= w to promote attendance, we’d love to hear it. Contact Eric, Dain or me. The club house is open to the public so pass the word!

As a reminder, the local trail map can be found on the EMSC web site (www.ea= sternmainesnowmobilers.com).&nb= sp; We usually have copies of the map at the club, however if you’re look= ing for one in a hurry, refer to the web site. There is a place to post comments to pass along concerns, questions, ideas, etc.

The kitchen closes for the season on March 26 giving us time to “spring clean” and get ready for rental season that begins Apri= l 1^st. We had a very successful 2009 season ending with 22 rentals. If you k= now of anyone or if you’re planning an event, contact me for information.

Memberships are up this season with a total of 140 (98 family;= 26 business; 12 associate; and 4 lifetime). Thank you all who have recru= ited new members.

Congratulations to the winners of the January 300 club drawing: $500 Troy Grass; $200 Steve Call; $100 John Kingsbury; $50 Lorna Young; $50 Bobby Lane; $50 Jennifer Colangelo; and $50 Patricia Brissette.
